Hadith 25:153
'Umar narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Zuhri, regarding a man who bequeathed a horse to a man and named it, and said, "A third of my wealth is for so-and-so and so-and-so," and the horse was part of the third of his wealth. Al-Zuhri said: We are of the opinion that his third of the wealth should be divided according to their shares.
حدثنا عمر عن يونس عن الزهري في رجل أوصى لرجل بفرس وسماه وقال ثلث مالي لفلان وفلان وكان الفرس لعاب ثلث ماله قال الزهري نرى أن يقسم ثلث ماله على حصصهم
