Hadith 25:156
Hafs narrated to us, he said: I asked 'Amr about a man who makes a bequest to his slave. He said: Al-Hasan used to say: "A bequest is not to be made to him, even of a loaf of bread, and his emancipation is his connection [to the estate]."
حدثنا حفص قال سألت [ عمرو ] عن الرجل يوصي لعبده فقال كان الحسن يقول لا يوصى له برغيف وصلته عتاقته
