Hadith 25:159
Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, he said: The executor (wasi) is in the position of the father. And if the executor is suspected, he is dismissed or another is placed with him.
حدثنا وكيع قال ثنا سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال الوصي بمنزلة الوالد وإذا اتهم الوصي عزل أو جعل معه غيره
