Hadith 25:165
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Muhammad, that he used to say regarding a will in which there is manumission (emancipation of a slave) and it exceeds one-third: "The one-third is [divided] among them according to their shares."
حدثنا بن علية عن أيوب عن محمد أنه كان يقول في الوصية يكون فيها العتق فتزيد على الثلث قال الثلث بينهم بالحصص
