Hadith 25:17
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Yazid bin Khalid al-Dalani, who said: I heard Abu 'Awn Muhammad bin 'Ubayd Allah narrating from al-Qasim bin 'Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from 'Abdullah, that he said regarding a man who bequeaths more than a third: If the heir permits it, then does not permit it after his [the testator's] death, he said: That retraction is not permissible.
حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن يزيد بن خالد الدالاني قال سمعت أبا عون محمد بن عبيد الله يحدث عن القاسم بن عبد الرحمن عن أبيه عن عبد الله أنه قال في الرجل يوصي بأكثر من الثلث يجيزه الوارث ثم لا يجيزه بعد موته قال ذلك التكره لا يجوز
