Hadith 25:178
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Sha'bi, who said: A man was dividing an inheritance, and he said to his companion: "Will you not bring the best verse from the Book of Allah?" He had already made a distribution, so he divided among them from his own share.
حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن الشعبي قال كان رجل يقسم ميراثا فقال لصاحبه ألا تجيء بخير آية من كتاب الله قد اصبت فقسم بينهم من نصيبه
