Hadith 25:179
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Sufyan ibn Husayn, from al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin, regarding His saying: "And when those of kinship, the orphans, and the needy are present at the division..." They both said: "It is clear. So when the division is present, and these people are present, they are to be given from it, and a small portion is to be granted to them."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن سفيان بن حسين عن الحسن وبن سيرين في قوله @QB@ وإذا حضر القسمة أولوا القربى واليتامى @QE@ قالا هي مبينة فإذا حضرت وحضر هؤلاء أعطوا منها ورضخ لهم
