Hadith 25:184
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Suddi, from Abu Sa’d, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr: "And when those of kinship, and the orphans, and the needy are present at the division, then provide for them out of it." He said: If they were adults, they would give them a small gift, and if they were young, they would apologize to them. That is His saying: "A known word."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن السدي عن أبي سعد عن سعيد بن جبير @QB@ وإذا حضر القسمة أولوا القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه @QE@ قال إن كانوا كبارا رضخوا وإن كانوا صغارا اعتذروا إليهم فذلك قوله @QB@ قولا معروفا @QE@
