Hadith 25:187
Ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Mu'adh, from al-Shaybani, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "Muhkam (the decisive/firm) is not abrogated."
حدثنا بن يمان عن معاذ عن الشيباني عن عكرمة عن بن عباس قال محكمة ليست بمنسوخة
