Hadith 25:189
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from Ibn Sirin, who said: I asked Ubaydah about a man who has no marriage contract (i.e., no wife) and no agnatic relatives (asabah), [asking] if he may bequeath all of his wealth. He said: Yes.
حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام بن عروة عن بن سيرين قال سألت عبيدة عن رجل ليس عليه عقد وليس عليه عصبة يوصي بماله كله قال نعم
