Hadith 25:191
Narrated to us Abd al-A’la, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who formed a bond of guardianship (wala’) with another man, and he (the latter) accepted Islam at his hands. He said: If he wishes, he may bequeath all of his wealth to him.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل والى رجلا فأسلم على يديه قال إن شاء أوصى بماله كله
