Hadith 25:205
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Humayd, from Bakr, that Humayd ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman said: I would not accept the will of a man who bequeaths a third [of his wealth] while he has children.
حدثنا بن علية عن حميد عن بكر ان حميد بن عبد الرحمن قال ما كنت لأقبل وصية رجل يوصي بالثلث وله ولد
