Hadith 25:21
'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: If a man makes a bequest and then revokes it, then the latter one is [the valid one]. If he does not revoke it, then both of them are permissible together within his one-third [of the estate], according to their proportions.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال إذا أوصى الرجل بوصية ثم نقضها فهي الآخرة وإن لم ينقضها فإنهما تجوزان جميعا في ثلثه بالحصص
