Hadith 25:210
Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, who said: "That I should bequeath a fifth is more beloved to me than that I should bequeath a fourth. And that I should bequeath a fourth is more beloved to me than that I should bequeath a third. And whoever bequeaths a third has not left anything."
حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث عن علي قال لأن أوصي بالخمس أحب إلي من أوصي بالربع ولأن أوصي بالربع أحب إلي من أن أوصي بالثلث ومن أوصى بالثلث لم يترك
