Hadith 25:222
Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: Ibrahim ibn Maysarah informed me that he heard Tawus saying: "There is no Muslim who is commanded to make a will and does not make a will, except that his family is entitled to make a will on his behalf."
حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن بن جريج قال أخبرني إبراهيم بن ميسرة أنه سمع طاوسا يقول ما من مسلم يؤمر بالوصية ولم يوص إلا أهله محقوقون أن يوصوا عنه
