Hadith 25:227
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Awn, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, who said: They mentioned in the presence of ‘Aisha that ‘Ali was a legatee (wasi). She said: "When did he bequeath to him? For I was indeed leaning him against my chest, then he became limp and died. So when did he bequeath to him?"
حدثنا بن علية عن بن عون عن إبراهيم عن الأسود قال ذكروا عند عائشة أن عليا كان وصيا فقالت متى أوصى إليه فلقد كنت مسندته إلى حجري فانخنث فمات فمتى اوصى إليه
