Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 25:233

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Jahdam, from Abdullah ibn Badr, from Ibn Umar: "If he leaves behind wealth, the bequest is a duty." He said: "The verse of inheritance abrogated it, and he leaves [it] to the nearest relatives who do not inherit."
