Hadith 25:236
Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: If a man bequeaths [the executorship of his estate] to an absent man, and then he (the appointee) arrives and acknowledges the bequest, then denies it, he does not have the right to do so.
حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن هشام عن الحسن قال إذا أوصى رجل إلى رجل غائب ثم قدم فأقر بالوصية ثم أنكر فليس له ذلك
