Hadith 25:237
Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us that he read to Fudayl ibn Maysarah, from Abu Hariz, from al-Hakam, from Mujahid, from Umar, who said: "When the two armies meet, and a woman is struck by labor pains, it is not permissible for either of them regarding their wealth except for one-third."
حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان أنه قرأ على فضيل بن ميسرة عن [ أبي حريز ] عن الحكم عن مجاهد عن عمر قال إذا التقى الزحفان والمرأة يضربها المخاض لا يجوز لهما في مالهما إلا الثلث
