Hadith 25:240
Hushaym narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik, from Ata, regarding a man who has tuberculosis and fever, and he comes and goes: He said: Whatever he does with his wealth is from the entire estate, unless he is bedridden [in a state of terminal illness].
حدثنا هشيم عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في الرجل يكون به السل والحمى وهو يجيء ويذهب قال ما صنع من شيء فهو من جميع المال إلا أن يكون أضنى على فراشه
