Hadith 25:246
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Mughirah, from Simak, from al-Sha'bi, who said: If he places his foot in the stirrup, then whatever he bequeaths is from the third.
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن شعبة عن مغيرة عن سماك عن الشعبي قال لو وضع رجله في الغرز فما أوصى به فهو من الثلث
