Hadith 25:248
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Mughirah, from Simak, from al-Sha'bi, from Masruq, that he said: When a man places his foot in the stirrup to travel, whatever he bequeaths is from the third.
حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن مغيرة عن سماك عن الشعبي عن مسروق أنه قال إذا وضع الرجل رجله في الغرز يقول إذا سافر فما أوصى به فهو من الثلث
