Hadith 25:249
Narrated to us Abd al-A’la, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, regarding the captive in the hands of the enemy: If he gives a gift, or bestows a donation, or bequeaths a third of his wealth, it is permissible.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في الأسير في أيدي العدو إن أعطى عطية أو نحل نحلا أو أوصى بثلثه فهو جائز
