Hadith 25:25
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Abu Ma'shar, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man makes a bequest to a person, and that person is dead on the day he makes the bequest to him, then the bequest returns to the heirs of the testator. And if he makes a bequest to a person, and then [the legatee] dies, then the bequest is for the heirs of the legatee.
حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قال إذا أوصى لرجل وهو ميت يوم يوصي له فإن الوصية ترجع إلى ورثة الموصي وإذا أوصى لرجل ثم مات فإن الوصية لورثة الموصى له
