Hadith 25:250
Ma'n ibn 'Isa narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, who said: It is not permissible for the captive regarding his wealth except for one-third.
حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن بن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال لا يجوز للأسير في ماله إلا الثلث
