Hadith 25:253
Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Hamza, from Wahb, from Makhul, who said: The command of the executor (wasi) is permissible. Except regarding real estate (al-ruba'), and if he sells a sale, he shall not say (i.e., he shall not be held liable for the outcome).
