Hadith 25:273
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: I said to ‘Ata’, "Is the equality of gifts among children a right according to the Book of Allah?" He said, "Yes, and it has reached us from the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said, 'Have you made your children equal?'" I said, "Regarding al-Nu’man?" He said, "And others, they claim."
حدثنا بن علية عن بن جريج قال قلت لعطاء أحق تسوية النحل بين الولد على كتاب الله قال نعم وقد بلغنا ذلك عن نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال أسويت بين ولدك قلت في النعمان قال وغيره زعموا
