Hadith 25:276
Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from Abu Hayyan, from al-Sha'bi, from al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, who said: My father took me to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so that he would bear witness to a gift he had given me. He [the Prophet] said: "Do you have other than him?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Have you given them the like of what you gave him?" He said: "No." He said: "Then do not ask me to bear witness to an injustice."
حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن أبي حيان عن الشعبي عن النعمان بن بشير قال انطلق بي أبي إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ليشهده على عطية أعطانيها قال لك غيره قال نعم قال أعطيتهم مثل [ ما ] أعطيته قال لا قال فلا أشهد على جور
