Hadith 25:28
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, regarding a man who makes a bequest, and the legatee (the one to whom the bequest was made) dies before the one who made the bequest: He said, "It becomes void." And if the one who made the bequest dies, then the legatee dies, it belongs to his (the legatee's) heirs.
حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد في الرجل يوصي بالوصية فيموت الموصى له قبل الذي أوصى قال تبطل وإن مات الذي أوصى ثم الذي أوصي له كان لورثته
