Hadith 25:281
Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam, that he disliked for a man to favor some of his children over others, but he would permit it in judicial rulings.
حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم أنه كره أن يفضل الرجل بعض ولده على بعض وكان يجيزه في القضاء
