Hadith 25:286
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Mansur, from al-Hakam and al-Hasan, they both said: If some of the heirs acknowledge a debt against the deceased, it is valid regarding his [the heir's] share.
حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن منصور عن الحكم والحسن قالا إذا أقر بعض الورثة بدين على الميت جاز عليه في نصيبه
