Hadith 25:29
Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Abu Ma'shar, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who bequeathed a third of his wealth to a man, and then he acquired wealth before he died, and then he died. He said: "He has the third which he bequeathed to him, and he has a third of what he acquired."
حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم في رجل أوصى لرجل بثلث ماله وأفاد مالا قبل أن يموت ثم مات قال له الثلث الذي أوصى له وله ثلث ما أفاد
