Hadith 25:290
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mughira, from al-Sha’bi, who said: If some of the heirs acknowledge a debt against the deceased, it is valid regarding their share.
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن مغيرة عن الشعبي قال إذا أقر بعض الورثة بدين على الميت جاز عليه في نصيبه
