Hadith 25:291
Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, who said: If two or three of the heirs testify, then they have only made an admission against themselves.
حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال إذا شهد رجلان أو ثلاثة من الورثة فإنما أقروا على أنفسهم
