Hadith 25:297
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Marwan, from Ibrahim, from Ibn Sirin: He was asked about a man who said, "If something happens to me, then my slave is free," and then he became in need of him. Is he allowed to sell him? He said, "Yes."
حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن مروان عن إبراهيم عن بن سيرين سئل عن رجل قال إن حدث بي حدث فعبدي حر فاحتاج إليه أله أن يبيعه قال نعم
