Hadith 25:30
Hafs narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from Khallas, from Ali, regarding a man who bequeathed a third of his wealth and was killed by mistake: He said: The third is included within his debt.
حدثنا حفص عن سعيد عن قتادة عن خلاس عن علي في رجل أوصى بثلث ماله وقتل خطأ قال الثلث داخل في دينه
