Hadith 25:301
Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Silah ibn Zufar, who said: [A man] was with ‘Abdullah, and a man came to him on a piebald horse and said: "Do you command me to buy this?" He said: "What is the matter with it?" He said: "A man bequeathed [it] to me, and he left it behind, so I set it up in the market for a price." He said: "Do not buy it, and do not borrow from his wealth." Abu Ishaq said: "I heard it from Silah sixty years ago."
حدثنا بن عيينة عن أبي إسحاق عن صلة بن زفر قال كان عند عبد الله فأتاه رجل على فرس أبلق فقال تأمرني أن أشتري هذا قال ما شأنه قال أوصى إلى رجل وتركه فأقمته في السوق على ثمن قال لا تشتره ولا تستسلف من ماله قال أبو إسحاق سمعته من صلة منذ ستين سنة
