Hadith 25:308
Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abd al-Malik, from Ata, regarding a man who bequeathed [a legacy] to the descendants (*‘aqib*) of the children of so-and-so. He said: "The woman is not from the descendants (*‘aqib*)."
