Hadith 25:32
Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Ash’ath, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who bequeathed a third of his wealth, then was killed by mistake: He said: The third of the blood money enters into the third of his wealth.
حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن في الرجل أوصى بثلث ماله فقتل خطأ قال يدخل ثلث الدية في ثلث ماله
