Hadith 25:33
'Abbad narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, who said: The people of the bequest are partners in the bequest, whether it increases or decreases. He said: So I informed Ibn Sirin of that, and it pleased him.
حدثنا عباد عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال أهل الوصية شركاء في الوصية إن زادت وإن نقصت قال فأخبرت به بن سيرين فأعجبه ذلك
