Hadith 25:35
Hafs narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man bequeaths fifty dirhams to a man, it is hastened to him from the physical currency (al-'ayn). And if he bequeaths a third or a fourth, it is from the physical currency (al-'ayn) and the debt (al-dayn).
حدثنا حفص عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال إذا أوصى الرجل للرجل بخمسين درهما عجلت له من العين وإذا أوصى بثلث أو ربع كان في العين والدين
