Hadith 25:36
Hafs narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who bequeaths fifty dirhams from his wealth to a man: He said, "He shall hasten [the payment of] what is between him and a third of the actual property."
حدثنا حفص عن عمرو عن الحسن في الرجل يوصي للرجل بخمسين درهما من مال قال يعجل ما بينه وبين ثلث العين
