Hadith 25:40
Hammad ibn Khalid narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Ja'far, from Sa'd ibn Ibrahim, who said: I asked al-Qasim about a man who had dwellings and bequeathed a third of every dwelling he owned. He said: It is to be extracted until it amounts to one dwelling.
حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن عبد الله بن جعفر عن سعد بن إبراهيم قال سألت القاسم عن رجل كانت له مساكن فأوصى بثلث كل مسكن له قال يخرج حتى يكون في مسكن واحد
