Hadith 25:5
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin, they both said: "There is no bequest for an heir, unless the heirs wish [otherwise]."
حدثنا بن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن وبن سيرين قالا ليس لوارث وصية إلا إن شاء الورثة
