Hadith 25:59
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ma'mar, from a man, from Ikrimah, regarding a man who made a bequest to the needy. He said: "It is to be placed among the relatives. If they do not exist, then among the freed slaves (mawali). If they do not exist, then among the neighbors."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن معمر عن رجل عن عكرمة في رجل أوصى وصية للمحوجين قال يجعل في القرابة فإن لم يكونوا ففي الموالي فإن لم يكونوا ففي الجيران
