Hadith 25:63
Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Hammad, from Qatadah, that he was asked about a man who makes a bequest to someone other than his relatives. He said: Salim, Sulayman ibn Yasar, and Ata used to say: "It is for the one to whom he bequeaths it."
حدثنا بن مهدي عن حماد عن قتادة سئل عن الرجل يوصي لغير قرابته قال كان سالم وسليمان بن يسار وعطاء يقولون هي لمن يوصي له بها
