Hadith 25:64
Al-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: I said: A man made a bequest in the path of Allah, and he left behind needy relatives. He said: His bequest is [to be fulfilled] where he bequeathed it.
حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال قلت أوصى رجل في سبيل الله وترك قرابة محتاجين قال وصيته حيث أوصى بها
