Hadith 25:65
Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, who said: He commanded them with a command, so if they opposed it, it was permissible, and what they were forbidden from passed. And 'Ata' said: The relative is more entitled to it.
حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن بن جريج عن بن أبي مليكة قال أمرهم بأمر فإن خالفوا جاز ومضى ما منعوا وأن عطاء قال ذو القرابة أحق بها
