Hadith 25:67
Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Humayd, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who bequeaths to distant relatives and leaves out the close relatives: He said: "His bequest shall be divided into three thirds; two-thirds for the close relatives and one-third for the distant relatives."
