Hadith 25:7
Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man makes a bequest to an heir, and the heirs permit it before he dies, the heirs may not retract it after his death; they are bound by their initial decision. And if it is for a non-heir, whatever is between it and the third [of the estate], it is permissible.
حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال إذا أوصى الرجل الوصية لوارث فأجاز الورثة قبل أن يموت لم ترجع الورثة بعد موته فهم على رأس امرهم وإذا كان لغير وارث ما بينه وبين الثلث فإنها جائزة
